 RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your boots, you can initiate a return or exchange on all non-clearance or final sale items within 30 days from the date of purchase. To start a return or exchange on an eligible product, please contact our office via e-mail at: info@perfectstormfootwear.com

For a return or exchange to be eligible: All returns and exchanges must be unworn, in original condition and free of foreign material such as dirt and pet hair. Boots must be returned in the original Perfect Storm boot box, including tissue paper and hang tags and be placed inside an outer box for protection during shipping. If possible, we recommend using the external box that was received with your order. Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible for return or exchange.

All clearance items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
